Terms & Conditions.

I. Mahoods Collision uses only the finest parts and materials obtainable and will be subject to the guarantee of that supplier We will assist you in handling any claim under the suppliers guarantee. Used or afterrnarket parts will not be utilized unless specifically authorized. Any body or paint work covered by this warranty will be re-done at our expense or, at our option, a refund or adjustment of the purchase price will be made for that portion of the work in question.

2. Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft, or vandalism damage, unreasonable use or care of vehicle are excluded from this warranty.

3. This document, which is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between the customer and the repairet and contains all the representation of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or be subject to interpretation by any parties other than Mahoods Collision.

4. This warranty is in effect for as long as you own the vehicle and will be honored only at Mahoods Collision.
